Schwere Ausführung für die Hochlast-Industriehydraulik, z.B. für die Messung des Anstelldruckes in Walzmaschinen. Kaum Nullpunktversatz durch die Montage. Hoch überlastbar (ohne Veränderung der Nulllage bis zum Zweifachen des Nenndruckes). Dauerhafter Schaden ist erst bei mehr als 400% des Nenndruckes zu erwarten. Mech. Anschluss auf der Mediumseite über Anschlussgewinde M20x1,5. Ausführung mit: - Extrem kleinem Totraum. Im Normalfall keine Entlüftung des Medium- anschlusses erforderlich - Eingebautem Y-Verstärker, HF-dicht gekapselt. Ausgangssignal 0 – 20 mA. - Unipolare Spannungsversorgung: 24 V DC (18 – 30 V DC) z.B. aus einer SPS. - Endwertaufruf (CAL) durch Aufschalten der Versorgungsspannung auf den Steckerpin 1 oder die Ader „grau“ bei festem Anschlusskabel, damit Kalibrierabfrage von Ferne z.B. aus der Schaltwarte möglich. Keine Arbeiten am Einbauort des Druckaufnehmers und keine Bereit- stellung von genau bekanntem Druck dafür erforderlich. Der CAL- Aufruf überprüft die gesamte Messkette vom Dehnmessstreifen bis zum Verstärkerausgang auf richtige Funktion.
