Die HE 5731 Magnetventilsteuerung dient zur Zeit- oder ∆p-abhängigen Steuerung von Mag- netventilen in der industriellen Entstaubungstech- nik. Bis zu 64 Ventile werden mit dem Grundgerät und 3 Erweiterungsgeräten gesteuert. Die HE 5731 Magnetventilsteuerung kommuniziert über eine RS485-Verbindung mit den HE 5731E Erwei- terungseinheiten. Die Ventile werden sequentiell aktiviert und sind nicht kammerorientiert. Die Ven- tile werden auf Überstrom und Unterbrechung überwacht. Fehler werden am Grundgerät ange- zeigt. Die Symbolbeschriftung und die Nutzung der LEDs als Zustandsanzeige und als Einstell- hilfe führen zu einer übersichtlichen Bedienung ohne komplizierte Menüstrukturen. Das ∆p-Signal wird als 4…20mA Wert zugeführt. Das dafür erfor- derliche Zubehör, wie der HE 5409 ∆p-Messum- former, das ∆p-Anschlussset und Ventilstecker mit verschiedenen Leitungslängen ergänzen die Steu- erung sinnvoll. Die Steuerung ist auch in einer Version ohne ∆p -Darstellung, als reine Zeitsteue- rung erhältlich.
