Our IDLER ROLLERS PU can be made of Aluminium, Zinc Coated Steel and plastic material type PA6. They are worked with our CNC or die casted. Perfect to be used with our tensioners or alone as fixed belt tensioners or as return. On our catalogue you can find various sizes as far as diameter or length: Ø30 L 35 - Ø40 L45 – Ø40 L 50 – Ø50 L 50 - Ø50 L65 – Ø60 L60 – Ø60 L90 – Ø80 L80- Ø80 L90. They have two double shielding bearings and they are set up and checked by hand one by one to get the best control on the bearings sliding. On demand we can supply them in other materials such as Stainless Steel, or in other sizes, on drawings, with special bearings so we can customize them according to the customer’s needs.
